Do I need a professional organiser?

In which language can I communicate with you?


Siyana will help you in English and Bulgarian while Jérôme is also fluent in French, German and Luxembourgish.




What if I am embarrassed that my home is too messy to show you?


We enter into your life and personal space with empathy, understanding and professionalism. We see your situation as a transition phase and we are here to support you through it.




How are you going to protect my privacy?


  • Being a registered commercial business, we are bound to the highest professional standards with respect to your privacy.
  • We maintain customer anonymity at all times. Any “before” and “after” pictures will only be taken and published with your prior consent.
  • A service agreement containing a confidentiality clause is signed by both parties prior starting any work.




How do I get started?

  • We offer a free initial consultation to evaluate your needs and discuss what your objective is, as well as your desired timeline. On this basis, we will prepare a personalised offer, which we will present to you.




Can my kids/other family members be there while we organise?


Of course, your family is welcome to participate. It would be a great opportunity for them to also get involved and learn how to stay organised.




Can I gift your service to my partner/friend/parent?


We would be honoured if you recommended us; however, since this is a very personal journey, it would be advisable that the recipient of the gift is open to working with a professional organiser.




Am I supposed to purchase different organising products such as containers/boxes?


It really depends on what your goals are for the project. This is something we can discuss together during the initial consultation and recommend solutions which match your space and needs. In line with our mission of sustainability, we believe that many household items you already own can be upcycled/repurposed to serve as smart storage solutions.




Is cleaning included in the service?


Typically no, but we are happy to recommend and arrange a cleaning service for you.




Do you make arrangements to take away donations and unwanted items? If so, do you charge an additional fee for this service?


Yes, we can arrange for your unwanted items to be donated, sold or recycled. Additional fees may apply.
